Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Here's what you need to know when placing an order with us:

Shipping Location: All our items are shipped from the United Kingdom.

Processing Time: Once we receive a clear payment, we typically ship within two or three working days.

Notification: You'll receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link once your order is shipped. We usually make shipments twice a week.

Shipping Costs: The shipping cost is based on the total weight of your order.

UK Orders: We use Royal Mail second class, which usually takes 2 to 5 working days for delivery, with a maximum of 10 days from dispatch. Please note that tracking activates upon delivery scan.

International Orders: We use Royal Mail International tracked service for orders to Europe, the United States, Asia, Oceania, and Africa. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- USA: 10 – 15 Days (Max 20 days since Dispatch)
- Europe: 5 -10 Days (Max 15 days since Dispatch)
- Oceania & Asia: 7 – 21 Days (Max 40 days since Dispatch)
Customs:
Import duties, taxes, and other customs-related charges aren't included in the item or shipping price. It's the buyer's responsibility to handle these fees. Please check with your country's customs office before purchasing to understand what additional costs may apply.
